Flat Proofing Cover

Our Reusable Flat Proofing Cover is a real dough-saver! For certain types of breads (like bagels), they are divided and shaped and then are left to rise one more time prior to baking. It is machine washable, so it's perfect for repeated use. No more struggling with plastic wrap and sticky dough—simply cover and let your dough take a rest. Proofing has never been easier!

While we already had the perfect covers for proofing "regular" breads in bowls and bannetons, the circular covers simply didn't work for bagels and the like. We made a custom order for a customer and she reported back that it worked wonderfully (Thank you Rose for the photo!) Our PUL liner is also great because you can grease it just like you would plastic wrap to ensure it won't stick.

Reusable Flat Proofing Cover Details:

Upper: 100% cotton fabric

Liner: PUL, a waterproof, food-safe, BPA-free lining.  Best for foods that need to retain moisture.

Size: 13" x 17"

Care: Wipe clean with damp cloth or toss in the washer. Lay flat to dry.
