Flat Proofing Cover

New for 2022: We've created a flat version of our popular bowl covers! Sounds odd maybe?  Hear me out.  For certain types of breads, they are divided and shaped and then are left to rise one more time prior to baking.  Bagels are a prime example!

While we already had the perfect covers for proofing "regular" breads in bowls and bannetons, the circular covers simply didn't work for bagels and the like. We made a custom order for a customer and she reported back that it worked wonderfully (Thank you Rose for the photo!) Our PUL liner is also great because you can grease it just like you would plastic wrap to ensure it won't stick.

Upper: 100% cotton fabric

Liner: PUL, a waterproof, food-safe, BPA-free lining.  Best for foods that need to retain moisture.

Size: 13" x 17"

As this is a new item, please let me know if there are other dimensions you would like to see in the shop. 

Care: Wipe clean with damp cloth or toss in the washer. Lay flat to dry.
