Her starter is 0.4 ounces (dehydrated). Her starter is over 10 years old and was made in the San Francisco Bay Area, so it is uniquely its own.

Instructions for reconstituting dried starter

With proper maintenance, this starter will last indefinitely. Store this package like a pantry item, in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight until ready to rehydrate.
