New for 2021: Reusable Hot and Cold Therapy Packs! This line of hot + cold packs comes in a selection of prints form our favorite fabric lines from Rifle Paper Co! Just in time for a quick Valentine's Day spa gift or an early start on Mother's Day gift shopping! (you could even snag one as a self care gift- no judgement here :-)
Everyone needs a little self care sometimes. Our modern, quirky prints bring color and fun to hot/cold therapy and provide a simple way to relax after a hard day or to soothe sore muscles.
Our therapy packs are perfect for gradual, gentle heating to soothe arthritic hands, cold feet, or to ease menstrual cramps. Looking for an ice pack? These therapy packs work great straight from the freezer too (and no drippy mess).
We're so excited to release these affordable, eco-friendly, heat therapy packs. I began making these for myself to help soothe my achy joints from Rheumatoid Arthritis. As a maker, I'm always using my hands and to have joint flares is truly debilitating. Alternating between hot and cold therapy has reduced inflammation and helps loosen up my joints in the morning.
Our therapy packs also make wonderful gifts by themselves or part of a spa or self-care themed gift basket.
